Writing Guidance
Tips for describing your real experience.
These tips help you describe your own projects and skills honestly. They are illustrative guidance — not AI-generated content. Never invent experience or credentials.
Describe what you actually did
Use action verbs: built, organized, researched, designed, managed. Quantify when you can: “organized a 40-person event” is stronger than “helped with events.”
Include student projects
Class projects, hackathons, and personal projects count. Describe the problem, your role, the tools you used, and the outcome — even if it was for coursework.
List real skills honestly
Only list skills you genuinely have. “Familiar with” means you have used it; “Proficient” means you can work independently. Employers may test these.
Keep it concise
One page is enough for most students and early-career candidates. Prioritize recent and relevant experience.
Proofread before sharing
Check spelling, dates, and contact details. Ask a mentor or friend to review your CV before you share it with an employer.
Private by default
Only you can see your drafts. No search engine indexing.
Printable CV
Selectable text, A4 and US Letter ready. PDF via your browser.
You control sharing
Anyone with a link can view its snapshot. Revoke anytime. No mass sending.
CVs are stored privately in your account. Only you can see your drafts. Creating a share link is your choice; anyone with that link can view its snapshot. The recipient email is a label, not identity verification. TUCCI never mass-sends your CV. You can delete any CV or share link at any time.
